We offer jewelry and accessories, including custom-made and personalized items. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of some products, slight variations may occur.

Natural stones, crystals, charms, and handmade components may vary slightly in color, shape, texture, pattern, and size. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors accurately.

Product images are for reference only. The final product may have minor differences due to lighting, screen settings, natural materials, or handmade production.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in $ unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, modify products, or discontinue any item at any time without prior notice.

We do our best to keep inventory information accurate. However, some items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or other issues.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

7. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2 business days. For custom-made items, personalized items, or out-of-stock products, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit times.

8. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery services. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

You agree not to use our website for any illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website.
